Drop-in chat rooms.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Spaces. By downloading, accessing, or using Spaces, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Who can use Spaces
You must be old enough to form a binding agreement and to meet the app's minimum age rating in the App Store. If you use Spaces on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.
Community rules & safety
Spaces lets people create and share the messages, rooms, and profiles you create and join. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You agree not to post or share content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, that sexualizes minors, that infringes others' rights, or that impersonates others or spams.
To keep Spaces safe, we:
- Filter content. Submitted content passes through an automated objectionable-content filter before it is stored or shown.
- Let you report. You can report any content from within the app.
- Let you block. You can block any user from within the app, and you will no longer see their content.
- Act within 24 hours. We review reports and remove objectionable content and remove or ban the offending users, typically within 24 hours.
You are responsible for the content you create and share. We may remove content and suspend or ban users at our discretion to enforce these rules.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Spaces: no reverse engineering, no interfering with or disrupting the service, no attempting to access it in unauthorized ways, and no using it to break the law or violate the rights of others.
Purchases & subscriptions
Some features may require a purchase or an auto-renewing subscription, processed by Apple and subject to Apple's terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel them in your Apple account settings. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
Your content & license
You keep ownership of the content you create. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display that content solely to operate Spaces and provide its features to you and the people you choose to share it with.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
Spaces is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Super, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Termination
You may stop using Spaces at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service and its users.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
